I went to local supermarket a couple of days ago and found these on offer!! I just had to get one of each of these flavors!!
I love these and you can get them from almost any supermarket or your local convenient store.
I got the Pineapple, banana and coconut one and the strawberries and bananas smoothie too.
Its great to make your own smoothies, but sometimes when I'm rushing its great to be able to get these out of the fridge and pour yourself a glass.
- 2 of your 5 a day in every bottle or 250ml glass
- it provides 10% of your GDA of fibre
- it gives you the goodness of 6 different types of fruit
There are many other great flavors too which Innocent do.

They taste delicious and are very healthy as they have 2 of your 5 a day in them.
I think these smoothies are a great start to the day :)
Breakfast Time
(For when your in a rush)
I love how quick and simple these porridge packets are. I got the Mornflake Oats 2 Go ones. This box of porridge cost me about £1, which is really good value as you get 12 packets of porridge.
They are very easy to make and if you are in a rush then these are ideal.
I only use water to make my porridge, as i prefer this rather than milk, and due to my new diet i have cut out dairy altogether.
And your done :)
