I am obsessed with this dry shampoo by Batiste and let me tell you, they smells so amazing. I am a huge fan of Batiste and I'm hooked on these, this is a product that i can't live without (especially on the days when i haven't washed my hair.) In the photos above is the Batiste Dry Shampoo in 'Wild.' Out of all the ones i have tried by Batiste, this is my favourite.
How to use Batiste Dry Shampoo -
If you haven't tried dry shampoo before and are intrigued to try it, here is how i apply it to my hair.
Firstly i shake the can well and quite vigorously and then i hold it about 30cm or a little more away from my hair and then spray it in to the roots. When you spray this product on to your hair, like most dry shampoo's it will come out a white colour on your hair, but don't worry because all you do is once you have sprayed it in to your hair, you massage it in using your fingertips. After i have massaged it in i like to leave it a couple of minutes before brushing my hair, you don't have to, but this is just something that i always do. After that you just style your hair as usual.
My Conclusion -
This product makes your hair smell gorgeous whilst making it feel as though you have only just washed your hair when in fact you haven't. I don't like to wash my hair every day as i feel too much washing and then heat really damages my hair. I usually wash my hair every other day or even leave it for a couple of days. This is why i love Batiste's dry shampoo's because they really do work.
They are great for if you are in a rush in the morning or just want to freshen up your hair. They are also great to have at festivals when you haven't got no way of washing your hair for a few days. I included Batiste Dry Shampoo in my 'Festival Essentials' blog post.
Here i have used the Batiste Dry Shampoo in 'Wild' and i love how much more volume it gives my hair. My hair is so much more manageable and easier to style. The dry shampoo also makes my hair all nice and shiny and looks as though i have only just washed it. I also find that it helps my fringe a lot too as when i wake up in the morning my fringe is pretty wild, so after i have sprayed the product in to my hair and massaged it with my fingertips then brush through, my fringe looks so much better as you can see in the photo above.
I highly recommend Batiste Dry Shampoo's as i have read so many over great reviews on these products and a few people i know have said to me how much they love them and how it makes their hair look as if they have only just washed it.
To check them out head over to the Batiste Website. You can pick these up in almost any drugstore on the hughstreet and supermarkets. A can usually last me quite a long time and for the normal size bottle they are usually around £2.99. You can also get bigger sizes ones for £4.99, I feel that they are really great value.
