My 2015 New Year's Resolutions

Every Year I always have a list of different things inside my mind that I want to do in the new year, but this year I have decided to write a list of New Year Resolutions that I really do want to follow through and what will also help me health wise.

1. Don't worry and panic so much.
I am such a worrier, and having an anxiety doesn't help. Although this is easier said than done, my main problem is that once once I start worrying about something, I worry about it constantly. This year I want to tackle this, as it it something that is really getting to me. Sometimes I worry so much I end up making myself feel really  unwell. During 2015 I want to try and delve deeper in to finding ways that I can stop myself worrying so much and so I don't start to panic. This is also something I want to focus on, on my blog this year. A few days ago my mum ordered me a book from Amazon called 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers. I am looking forward to reading this book and seeing what it has got to say. I know a lot of people also suffer from anxiety and worry and panic so it would also be great to get your views on this and different things you have tried.

2. Make my blog more ME.
Recently I feel that my blog has been drifting away from me. Ive also felt that it has become less me and more of what everyone else is doing. I want Clemloves to be a place where I can express myself and write about things I truly love. Recently my blog has become more of a challenge to me and I haven't been writing about things that are more me. This is something I want to get back on track with. This is definitely down to the worrying and the panicking, as I always feel that people won't like what I write. I always look at what other people write on their blogs and feel jealous that I can't write the same, because I don't have the money to buy all them products with. But I want all of that to change and for my blog to become more my blog. I have a range of different topics that I want to write about this year, things that I like and want to write about, so I hope you will like them too.

3. Be more healthy.
Number 3 is a popular one, but to me its also a more personal one. Drinking water on its own has always been something I haven't liked doing, but recently I have made myself drink it and to be honest its not that bad! Now rather than getting the bottles of squash out, I drink water and this is something I want to continue with, not just through this year, but forever. Drinking water has so many amazing benefits. Although I have had to cut out dairy, wheat and gluten from my diet, I still can be quite unhealthy sometimes. I have a weakness for the free from cakes and crisps, and over Christmas my shelf was full of them! I am also trying to cook a lot more and make healthy meals, some of which you will find posted on this blog.

4. Stop Procrastinating.
I sometimes have a tendency of drifting away from the work I'm actually meant to be doing and looking at other things instead. This is something I definitely need to work on and stop doing!  Please let me know in the comment section if you have any tips on this.
