Father's Day Gift Ideas, With Personalised Parties

So the bbq I mentioned about in yesterdays post, was so good. It was nice to have a relaxing evening and watch a show on Netflix under the duvet on the sofa. I also may have fallen asleep and missed a couple of episodes! But it was a really nice night. The weather has gone a little cooler today, but I'm still hoping that we still get some more really nice warm days real soon. Hopefully, there be a few more bbq's yet!

I don't about you, but I always find it quite difficult to know what to get guys for gifts. Whether it be for my boyfriend, friend or dad, I always know what to get my girlfriends and my mum, But when it comes to getting a guy a present, I don't always know what to get them. As Father's Day is coming up, for today's post I want to share with you a few ideas on what you could get for Father's Day, from Personalised Parties. Getting someone a personalised item makes it that bit more personal and special, which is why I am loving these two items that you can see in the photos above and below. I am very honoured to be collaborating with Personalised Parties, to bring to some gift ideas for Father's Day.

I was kindly sent this notebook and mug, which I personalised myself on the website. You may remember a little while back I write a post sharing a couple of super cute Unicorn products by Personalised Parties. Having previously chosen to have the products personalised before, the website is very easy to navigate around and to personalise your gifts. With the gifts I chose in this post, I decided to go for the bicycle-themed ones. I think they are so cute and know that my dad will love them. You can personalise the back and front of these. I just decided to personalise the back of them.

There is a range of different products that you can choose from in the Father's Day section of the website. There are more notebooks and mugs with different designs, chocolate bars and wrapping paper, all with matching designs. The products are amazing quality and affordable. My items arrived safely in the post and well packaged.

Meet My May Advertisers

What gorgeous weather we have been having. I had bank holiday weekend off work, so it was nice to just relax and chill out. My mum and I had a bbq on Sunday, and I'm about to have another one in a little while. Got to make the most of the sunshine. I can even hear an ice cream van playing its tune in the distance! I've also been playing outside with Jasper the dog, blowing bubbles. He loves chasing the bubbles. It's so fun to watch! Anyone else's pets love playing with bubbles?! Mmmm, the bbq smells so good. What did you get up to over the bank holiday weekend? I met up with my friend Louise for a catch-up, which was so nice as I've really missed her. One of our locals has just re-opened, so we went there for a drink and sat outside, next to the river.

I want to say a huge welcome to my May advertisers, Alana and Louise. If you would like to advertise with me over on Clemloves, I have 3 different packages to choose from and prices start from just £2.  There's the Butterfly package, the Dolphin package and the Unicorn package. Click here to find out more. If you would like one of my packages, you can email me at clemloves@gmail.com or DM me at @clemloves. I look forward to hearing from you. 😀

How (Not) To Date A Prince by Zoe May | Blog Tour and Extract

Happy Saturday! I hope you had an awesome May the 4th, beings it was Star Wars Day. I would love to know if you went to any Star Wars themed parties or celebrated the day watching Star Wars films! I also hope that you have an amazing bank holiday weekend. Mine is going to be spent writing and taking photos, meeting up with my best friend and watching lots and lots of Netflix! (Just in case you were wondering, I'm most likely going to be watching lots of episodes of Friends)! What are you up to this weekend?

Today's blog post is all about How (Not) To Date A Prince by Zoe May. Keep on scrolling to check out an extract of chapter 1 from the book, your gonna love it. I really wanted to create a type of Princess theme in my photos to go alongside this blog post, so I found this sparkly tiara and also put Chip into the photo too. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was when I found this Chip cup in Primark. I didn't get one the last time the Chip cups came out, so as soon as I see this Chip blowing bubbles one, I literally just grabbed it straight off the shelf! I am just loving at how much Disney stuff Primark have currently got in at the moment, I love it!

If you head on down to the bottom of this post, I've added the blog tour banner so you can check out all of the other blogs taking part in this tour. I was kindly sent this book to read and I am so honoured to be part of this tour for How (Not) To Date A Prince. Definitely a book I highly recommend checking out and reading. Just look at how gorgeous the front cover is! Zoe May is also the author of Perfect Match, which I can't wait to check out too, it looks and sounds so good. You can find Zoe over on Twitter at @zoe_writes.

The £2 Pink Glitter Lipgloss

Hey there lovelies. It's a bright and sunny day here in the UK. Yay! Maybe this means that hopefully soon I can have that BBQ! I popped to the shops today and it was so so busy. The sunshine had definitely brought everyone out. Even though it means shopping can be a bit more hectic than usual, it makes me feel all summery and I love seeing everyone enjoying themselves. All I wanna do now is go to the seaside and have fish & chips!

Today's brand new blog post is all about this gorgeous (see photos above and below) Shine Shine Shine pink glitter lipgloss by Essence. I absolutely love makeup by Essence, (as you may already know)! Check out my post here, on their Kiss The Unicorn Lipstick. Also, you can check out the Balmy Kiss Lip Care, lip balm here. Also just to warn you, there will be another Essence blog post coming very soon! Anyway, it's been so long since I have worn any lipgloss, but I really just fancied wearing some. So I popped into my local Wilko store and found myself this beauty of a lipgloss. It's pink and sparkly, what more could you want in a lipgloss!? I don't know why I suddenly wanted some lipgloss. Maybe it's because my collection of lipsticks is still slowly growing and so I just fancied something different to wear on my lips!

Essence has an amazingly huge range of lip products, and each one of them is just so gorgeous. But this was the lipgloss I was drawn too. It just wanted to be worn, and my lips just wanted to wear it! I remember when I younger and at school, and all of my friends seemed to be wearing lipgloss, it was like the latest craze. During each break between lessons, they would get their lipglosses out and apply some. I think it was mainly because lipgloss can look very natural on the lips, depending which shade you get and you also don't have to have glitter ones, so no one really took notice that it was being worn!

The Amazing, Under £5, Leave-In Conditioner

What is it about my dreams feeling so real recently?! Does anyone else get dreams like this? They just feel very real. Sometimes I wake up and I have to think for a few moments if that really did just happen! I think I dream most nights, I don't nessacarliy remember them always, but I know I do dream a lot. I really should start writing them down. I know you can get dream journals, maybe this is something I should start doing! Does anyone else keep a dream journal or just write down your dreams? I would love to know. Anyway, enough about my dreams, I hope you are having a lovely week so far. I'm so happy that the weather has been really lovely and sunny today. Hopefully, we are going to have a few more days like it.

Today I want to share with you, one of my most favourite hair products to use. It's the Palmer's Coconut Oil Leave-In Conditioner. I've been using this for a little while now and I absolutely love it, and my hair loves it too. By the way, this post is in no way sponsored, I just really love this product and want to share it with you. When it comes to hair products, I'm always a little unsure of which ones to buy. My hair is quite thin and I also dye it blonde, so I always love products that are moisturising. But as my hair is quite thin, sometimes certain products can make it feel all icky. Like when you condition your hair in the shower, but accidentally miss some of it, and it makes your hair feel horrible. You know what I mean?!

I think, to be honest, my hair now is probably the healthiest it's been in a long time. It just started to get quite dry and I started getting quite a lot of split ends. As I'm still trying to grow my hair longer, keeping it healthy is really important to me. Over the years I haven't treated my hair as well as I could have done. Quite a few years ago back when I was at school, I remember using hair straighteners every day. I did this for quite some time! Some days I even straightened my hair maybe 2 or 3 times. It definitely didn't do my hair much good. I haven't straightened my hair now myself for years. As I got a bit older, I then started dying my hair and having bleach on it. I also ended up having to have my hair cut quite a bit shorter as the ends of hair were just getting wrecked. It's only really recently that I have really started to care for my hair more.

How I Take and Edit My Blog Photos

Happy Saturday! I hope you're having a fab weekend. I must admit, I've not really been up to that much today. I did pop on Netflix though and watch some more episodes of Friends! I decided to start watching it from the beginning. This time in the correct order. I don't think I've ever really watched Friends episodes in the right order. It's also been a while since I've watched most of the episodes so it's nice being able to watch them again. I was so sad when channel 4 stopped showing them.

For today's blog post I thought I would share with you how I take and edit my blog photos. I know that there are already lots of tips and tricks all around the blogosphere, but I thought that I would share with you how I personally take and edit mine. I love reading these types of posts myself as it really inspires me with my photography and I'm always looking to find new tips and tricks for taking photos. If you're interested in seeing what my photos looked like when I first started blogging, check out this blog post from 2012, and this one too! I love looking through my old blog posts and seeing how much my photos have changed since then.

The majority of my photos on my blog have been taken with my iPhone 6 and my more recent ones are taken with my Canon 700D. You can take amazing photos with your phone camera. I absolutely love the camera on my iPhone 6. These photos were took using it and these ones too. For taking photos with my phone camera, I love having the grid mode on as it really helps, especially when taking product photos. With my Canon 700D, I also make sure that I have grid mode set on it too.

Some Thoughts On The Future Of Blogging

Hey there lovelies! It's another beautiful Spring morning. I'm just looking forward to that warm weather again. I've been seeing a few posts recently on the future of blogging. I wanted to share with you my own personal thoughts and opinions on it. I know that recently there have been a few dramas going on within the blogging community, but then this happens everywhere. Which is why I want to try and spread a bit of positivity. I absolutely love the blogging community and whenever I see a drama happening, I always stay well away and let things settle down. If I feel I need to say something then I will, especially if someone has been hurt by actions. But from these, so many negative things can come from it. And being honest, the blogging community I know, is still very much full of kind, honest, beautiful and amazing people.

Whilst there are so many more bloggers than ever before, this may be considered not such a good thing, as surely this then means that there will be fewer opportunities for bloggers and less recognition for what someone does. But to be honest I feel that yes, there are thousands and thousands of bloggers, millions all over the world even, but I also think that it's a good time for having your own blog. There are so many more brand new opportunities out there. There are more and more brands working with bloggers. There are also different platforms to link your blog to, for example, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. We have Instagram Stories, Instagram Live and Instagram in general, Facebook pages, Facebook Live, Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube Live, Periscope, Vero and so many more. I've also just started using Linkedin and Stumbleupon for my blog too. I can't wait to see what other new social media platforms come in the future. I definitely see lots more people are using Instagram to share their stories, what they have been up to and post photos to show this. When I go to their profile, I see that they haven't got a blog on blogger or WordPress etc, but they are using Instagram as one for microblogging.

Blogging has also opened up a whole new world for owning and running your own business. I can see that by, yes, more people doing the same thing can make it more difficult for new bloggers, but at the same time, people are not really doing the same thing. Everyone has their own personal, unique blog. Everyone is writing about what they want to write about. I love that so many people are doing what they love, like myself, taking photos and writing, and if that turns in to a career, then that's amazing. I have met online some wonderful people over the years and have made lots of new blogger friends. The blogging community is huge, but there are so many lovely and supportive people in the community and people helping each other.

What's In My April Birchbox!

Happy Saturday! How amazing has the weather been this past couple of days! I mean wow, I really didn't expect lovely warm weather like this. I'm so ready for it. Fingers crossed that it's going to be nice next week, as my boyfriend said about having a BBQ. It feels like forever since I've had a BBQ. What's your favourite BBQ food? I'm thinking of having some vegetable skewers, burgers, maybe a hot dog. I can't wait! It feels so good to not have to go outside wearing a thick coat and jumper, even though I absolutely love jumpers, it's nice to wear something a little lighter and I'm definitely getting the jelly shoes out too. I'm looking forward to long days on the beach, picnics, going to the fair and just relaxing in the nice warm sunshine. What are you looking forward to doing as the weather gets warmer?

Ok, so before I get into this post, I will say this now, I've never had a subscription beauty box before, I've always looked at getting one, but there's just so many to choose from and I just thought would it actually be worth getting one. And to be completely honest with you, even though I have looked at getting a Birchbox subscription box before, this time what made me even more tempted to get one, was the collaboration between Birchbox and Cath Kidston! I mean, just look at the box! (Scroll down to the bottom of this post to check it out). I also watched a couple of videos on YouTube to make my decision too though, it wasn't purely just because of the box! 😏

I already knew that with the subscription box you don't get all of the products as full sized amount products, but after watching video reviews, it was obvious that you still get a generous amount and your money worth in products. Also, I like to make products last me as long as possible anyway. But even though you do get smaller sized ones, you do still get maybe one or two full-sized products within the box. But adding up the value of each, it's still good value for money. Also just to put it out there, this post is in no way sponsored, I got this box with my own money as a birthday treat and thought that I would also feature it on my blog, to help you decide if you are looking at getting one. Also if your like me and have spent months and months deciding if to get one or not. If you want to get your very own Birchbox, click here.

Old English Company | Product Review

It's the weekend at last! But it kind of doesn't seem that long ago since it was last weekend! But whatever you are doing, I hope you have a good one. If you are wondering what my weekend is going to be spent doing, this weekend I'm working, but you will also most likely find me binge-watching on Netflix, eating cookies and playing on Animal Crossing! Ok, so I may have eaten most of my cookies last night! They are just so good! It's also about time I did a little Spring cleaning in my room. I really need to sort out my draws. I've literally just stuffed everything into them, oops! I've got a few bits too that I need to make room for. If you are looking for some more weekend reading, check out this brilliant book by Author Alice Blanchard. Or maybe you are looking for some new beauty products, head on over to my beauty section to find out more.

I'm very excited to share with you, these beautiful products* in the photos above and below by Old English Company. I absolutely adore all of their products. As soon as I received the parcel I was straight into it! I have a huge love for stationary and all things pink and cute. The products I chose, was the Blush Pink and Gold Planner, You Can enamel pin, Pizza Lover enamel pin, She Believed She Could Print, You Look Scrumptious pocket mirror, I Like You Alot card and the You Rock card. Each product came safely packaged in a box. I found the website easy to use and navigate around and each section is listed clearly. There's an Instagram slide at the bottom, so if you are looking for some inspiration on what to purchase, there are some very beautiful photos of products which other people have ordered.

I am so so happy with every single item here. If you are looking for your next new planner, or maybe a new pin, or maybe you are looking for your next print to hang on your wall, head on over to their website to check out all of their products. FYI, I think the stationary section has to be my favourite. Filled with planners, notebooks, notepads, calendars, gift wrap and tape, there is so much to choose from. But if you're looking for some new items for your home, the homeware section has a great selection of coasters and placemats, mugs, pillowcases, (definitely recommend checking out the pillowcase section), tea towels and aprons.

I highly recommend checking the website out, as I just know you are going to love it. Filled with prints, cards, homeware, accessories and stationery, there something for everyone at very affordable prices. Old English Company produces beautiful hand-lettered products. They were first established in London and their studios are now located in Stamford. If you haven't been to Stamford before, then I highly recommend adding it to your list of places to visit. Stamford is one of my favourite towns to go to, you definitely need to go and Google it. As I am only about half an hour away from Stamford, I love going there to look around the shops. There are also some wonderful little villages on the way and also Burghley House, which is incredible and so amazing.

A Breath After Drowning by Alice Blanchard | Blog Tour

Hey there! I hope you are having a lovely week. It's almost the weekend! Today my boyfriend and I had a little look around Peterborough, as he had to take his car to be serviced. You just have to have a look at the shops if you're going to Peterborough! It's only about half an hour drive, so it's just up the road. Anyway, we decided to have a look at Queensgate shopping centre. So it was only right that I went to have a quick look in Primark! I went straight to the homeware section, as I've been looking for the Marie collection for a while now. They only had the Marie trinket dish, so I just had to get it! I will definitely be adding it to some of my blog photos! I also found another little trinket dish too. We had a little look at a few other shops and then went home.

Today I'm back with a brand new book review. I'm very honoured to be apart of the A Breath After Drowning* blog tour. This book is by Alice Blanchard and came out on the 10th April and is published by Titan Books. I've also added the blog tour poster at the bottom of this post, where you can find all of the other bloggers who are taking part on this blog tour too. As you can see from the photos, the copy which I was kindly sent was an advanced review copy. Firstly, here's a little bit about the author. Alice Blanchard won the Katherine Anne Porter Prize for Fiction for her book of stories, The Stuntman's Daughter. Her first novel, Darkness Peering was also named one of the New York Times Book Review's Notable Books. Alice's second novel is called The Breathtaker and was an official selection of the NBC Today Book Club. Having previously not read any novels by Alice before, I was very excited to read this one.

Delicious Mini Gluten Free Bread Rolls

I always love homemade bread. Even though you can buy really tasty bread from the supermarket, there's nothing quite like freshly baked bread from your own oven or bread-maker. As soon as you walk into the kitchen, you're greeted with that lovely gorgeous smell. I thought it's about time that I made some of my own bread again, as it's been a while. So today I'm finally back with a brand new recipe post! I have previously done a bread recipe on here before, if you head on over to my categories section at the top and click recipes, you will find it there.

Ok, so I know that these mini bread rolls may resemble a Yorkshire pudding, but honestly, they are very much a mini bread roll! I just decided to bake mine in a Yorkshire pudding tray. But if you are looking for a quick and easy and also delicious, gluten-free bread roll recipe, then I highly recommend checking this one out. I found a recipe online that I followed, as having tried different ones online before, some work better than others. They were a little like a crusty roll on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, which is always a bonus!

My Mini Shower Gel Collection by The Body Shop

Hey everyone! How's your weekend going? I hope you're having a good one. I think I've mentioned on here about my dreams before, because oh my gosh, I do have some strange ones. But do you ever have dreams where you dream about people you have never seen or met before? Because that's what my dream was. There were people in it that I've never seen before. But the dream felt so real and it felt like a really long dream too, like I can actually remember most of it, which doesn't always happen, I tend to forget most of my dreams. But it was just such a strange dream. I can still picture the two people in it. I woke up this morning and just thought... 'Who was that'? Anyway, enough of me rambling on about my dreams! I really should start one of those dream journals.

Before I get on to today's new post, If you are a big fan of products by The Body Shop, like me, then I highly recommend checking out these gorgeous liquid lipsticks. Also in their makeup range, they do some really lovely eyeshadow palettes, which I absolutely love. I've got a few more products by The Body Shop coming up on my blog soon, which I really can't wait to share with you. This week I received a very exciting package from Old English Company. There will be a blog post coming very soon, so watch this space.

For today's post, I want to share with you my mini collection of The Body Shop shower gels. I do love a nice smelling shower gel, it just makes having a shower that little bit more lovelier and relaxing. The ones I have in the photos above and below are strawberry, coconut and mango. How cute does Fluttershy look in the photos! (She's my favourite character from My Little Pony, so I just had to include her in some pics!) I love putting a generous amount of shower gel on to my pink scrunchie and lathering myself up with fruity bubbles!

Three Gorgeous Liquid Lipsticks by The Body Shop

How lovely has today been! The sun makes me so much better and happier. I even made sure I popped outside to take some photos in the sunshine. Not long now until it will be light until 9:00pm! Our little tree outside in the garden has started sprouting its buds, so I just had to take a few photos. I managed to get some photos of the bumblebees buzzing around the buds too. It's definitely this time of year, I just hope we continue to get some lovely weather, and I'm really looking forward to the nice warm days. I even didn't have to wear my coat for some of today!

If you read the caption underneath my latest Instagram post, you may have seen that I put about really wanting to start a Bullet Journal. It's something I have been wanting to do for quite some time but just haven't got round to starting one. So today I got myself a very pretty sparkly pink Unicorn notebook and I'm going to start one! It would have been nice to have started it in January, to be honest, but better late than never! Please do let me know if you have any posts or videos on making a bullet journal.

For todays brand new blog post, I want to share with you these three gorgeous liquid lipsticks by The Body Shop. I was a bit unsure of what to call this blog post, but the title I decided upon just seems to be so fitting, as they really are three gorgeous liquid lipsticks! I treated myself to my first liquid lipstick quite some time ago now after hearing so much about them. I've been hooked ever since. I just had to share these beauties with you, especially if like me you're a fan of the liquid lipstick. They are definitely worth checking out. You may have already noticed that I included my Belle Pop! Vinyl figure in the photos! I've been looking experimenting with my photos and trying to find what works and what doesn't. I decided that seeing as my Pops are just sitting on my desk, I really should use them more in photos. You can check out my latest Pop! Vinyl figures here. I think they make an amazing blog prop. I added my new potted plant in the photo too. I've got a few blogs props that I haven't used in my photos just yet, so I'm really excited to try them out.

Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus | Pop! Vinyl Update

Hey there! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. I decided to take the weekend off from blogging and although I was working over Easter, I tried to spend some time just chilling and relaxing. On Sunday my mum and I went to Church and then I went to see my Grandad and then my nan. So it was a really nice day and it was really nice seeing my family and spending it with my mum. I also managed to get caught up on the new episodes of Once Upon A Time too! Today my mum and I went for a little ride out in the car and had a look along the river. There were fields full of Daffodils and I managed to get a few photos of them. One of my favourite things this time of year is all of the beautiful flowers. So yeah, it's been another really nice day today. I think I might even get an early night tonight! But first I think I will do some reading, as I've got a few books I want to read and review.

For todays brand new post, I want to share with you two new Pop! Vinyl figures that I got from my boyfriend for my birthday. I mentioned a while ago to him that I would love to collect the Sailor Moon ones, so I was very happy when he showed up at my door with these, especially as they are the ones with Artemis and Luna with them too. They are just so cute. I just had to take some pics of them to share on my blog. I've now got 8 Pop! Vinyl in my collection. I think these two are definitely my favourites though. And now that I've got these Sailor Moon ones, I'm going to have to collect the rest!

If you haven't heard of Pop! Vinyl figures before or seen them, then I suggest checking them out, especially as you can get so many of them, and there really is loads to collect! Want Disney ones? There's plenty of them! Or maybe you want 90's TV cartoon characters, there's some of those too. Love Friends? Yep, you've guessed it, you can get them too as Pop! Vinyl figures. But honestly, though, they are so much fun to collect. I remember when I first saw my boyfriends collection, I didn't really know much about them. But then he got me into them, and now I absolutely love them! But beware, they are quite addictive once you start!

The Perfect Fuchsia Lipstick For Spring

I thought I would make the most of the sunshine today and get some more photos taken for upcoming blog posts. I also went outside into my garden, as we have some buds coming out on a little tree, I just had to take some photos of them. But I only managed to get about 2 good photos and then it started raining. So I'm going to have to wait a little longer before I can get some more photos outside. It's actually still raining outside now, but hopefully, we will get some more nice weather real soon. So instead I got myself some lunch and watched Once Upon A Time, as I'm a little behind on the new episodes. I'm really excited though that some of the characters from the previous seasons will be making a return. I also see that there is going to be a brand new PLL series coming next year. Alison and Mona will be in it. I need to read up on it though as I'm a little confused with what it's going to be about. Please fill me in if you know! I also spent today with my nan as it is her 90th birthday today.

Today I am very excited to share with you a brand new beauty post and yes, that's right another lipstick one! I do love my lipsticks, which you probably already know by now! The one in the photos above and below is the Too Faced Melted Lipstick in the shade Melted Fuchsia. I absolutely adore the packaging of Too Faced products. They are so gorgeous. This is actually the only product by Too Faced. I won this one in a giveaway and let me tell you, I was so so happy because I finally got to have a product by Too Faced. I've always loved looking at photos of Too Faced products on Instagram and reading about them in reviews. I just had to take some photos and write about this one.

The £1 Lipstick and Lip Liner by MUA

Happy Tuesday! I hope you are having a lovely day. Easter is almost here and it's almost the end of March too! I've got a couple of Easter eggs, so I'm really looking forward to eating those. I love that there is a much bigger selection of free from Easter eggs now in the supermarkets. What are your plans for the weekend? Also thank you so much for all of the love I've been getting on my Instagram photos, it really means so much to me. I've been working really hard on my photos and I love that you love them. It makes me so happy.

I do love a good bargain and I do love my lipsticks! Although I absolutely love products by Urban Decay, Mac, Stila and many more, I also love, love, love products by more affordable brands such as MUA, Revolution Makeup and Essence. Ever since my local Superdrug started selling products by MUA a few years back, I've been a huge fan. I've loved their lipsticks ever since I purchased one of the One Direction lipsticks that they brought out. I got stocked up on a couple of those before they stopped selling them. I've still got one to use. You may remember that I featured one of them in My Favourite Lipsticks post.

Just because a product is very affordable, doesn't mean that it's not going to be very good. I personally prefer makeup products that cost a few pounds to more expensive ones. The quality is just as good, if not better. If like me, you are on a very strict budget and want to save money, brands such as MUA, Revolution Makeup, Natural Collection and Essence are great for buying makeup products. They have such a huge range and are amazing.

Finding My Own Personal Style

Happy Saturday! It's actually starting to feel not as cold at the moment, so hopefully, that means the weather will continue to warm up a little bit more. I absolutely love the snow, but I think as soon as it starts getting to around this time of year more, it's nice to start having some warmer weather! But I do still love getting snuggled up in my dressing gown and a big blanket, with a mug of hot chocolate. A few things I love about Spring though is listening to the birds in the morning, driving past fields of daffodils and tulips and seeing the buds start appearing on trees and lots of blossom of course. I will definitely be doing a post on my most favourite things about Spring. I can't wait to start taking lots of Spring themed photos. It's crazy how we are almost in April now! It doesn't seem 5 minutes ago since It was the beginning of March and I was celebrating my 28th birthday!

If you are looking for a brand new eyeshadow palette, then check this one out by The Body Shop. And if you are looking for a new book, I highly recommend checking out The Little Wedding Island by Jaimie Admans. I've got some exciting new book reviews coming to ClemLoves very soon, which I can't wait to share with you. I also realised that I have quite a lot of photos on my memory card of beauty products that I have taken. So expect lots more beauty posts coming soon. Just to quickly mention too, that there's still some time left to grab yourself an advertising package for April. Head on over to my advertise section at the top of my blog to find out more. I have a choice of three packages and prices start from just £2. There's the Butterfly Package, Dolphin Package and Unicorn Package. There's still room left for April if you would like one. If you would like to view my stats, they are at the bottom of the advertise page.

For today's brand new blog post, I want to talk to you about how I have found my own personal style. It's taken quite a lot of years, but I've finally found it! The outfit I am wearing in the photos above and below is an outfit I really do love wearing. You may recognise the jumper from one of my previous posts and is by Damart. The skirt is one I got for Christmas. I saw it in Dorothy Perkins and fell in love with it, but as I was trying to save money, I didn't get it. My mum surprised me with it as a present for Christmas, I was so happy. I added my favourite Primark necklace to the outfit, some thick black tights, dark brown boots that are fluffy inside and so cosy, my baker boy cap from Topshop and backpack from Dorothy Perkins. This post is just a little bit about how my style has changed over the years, looking back to what I wore when I was younger and how I finally feel comfortable in what I wear.

The Body Shop Down To Earth Eye Palette | Review

Happy Thursday. It's that time of the week again for another brand new blog post. If you're looking for a brand new book to read, I highly recommend checking out The Little Wedding Island by Jaimie Admans. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book so much, I didn't want it to end. I loved everything about it, the characters, the story, the setting of the book, I just loved everything about it so much. Another book to check out, especially if you love historical romance novels, is The Duchess Deal by Tessa Dare. I also want to quickly thank everyone again for 1000 followers on Instagram. I'm still so happy about it. I've been working really hard on my Instagram feed and I have really enjoyed taking all of the photos so much. Stay tuned for lots more! If you would like to advertise your blog with me on ClemLoves, head on over to my advertise section on my blog to check out my 3 brand new advertising packages. Prices start from just £2 for the month. I look forward to hearing from you.

Has anyone else been watching Star Boot Sale on Channel 4? I've been watching it this week and I am absolutely loving it. Basically, celebrities have a dig at home at what stuff they can find and don't want or need anymore, they then set up a car boot sale stall and try and sell as many items as they can and the money then goes to charity. I think it's just such a great show and really entertaining. I do have a tendency to be quite predictable when it comes to watching TV shows, I do usually have the same programs on, but that's just because I love them so much! In the mornings you will usually find me watching Everybody Love Raymond, Frasier, Gordon Ramsay and Undercover Boss USA. I also love watching Come Dine With Me, Four In A Bed and The Simpsons. I've watched The Simpsons since I was very young and for as long as I can remember and I still love watching them now I'm 28! I never get bored of watching them, even if I have seen the episodes many, many times before. In the evenings, you will most likely find me watching Family Guy and American Dad! I do love my cartoons! What daytime/evening shows do you like watching?

Sleek Makeup Matte Me Lip Cream in Rioja Red | Review

Good morning! Well, actually it's almost afternoon now, but anyway I hope you are having a lovely day. It's been snowing! We've actually had some more snow, but this time it doesn't seem to have settled, plus the sun is coming out a little now. I knew that we were meant to be getting some snow here in Lincolnshire, but I didn't actually think we would probably get any! I woke up at about half 2 this morning and looked outside, to see that there were snowflakes falling from the sky. It's also been snowing on and off all morning. Have you had or got any snow where you are? But it is so cold outside, I'm currently writing this whilst sitting in bed with my blanket over me! I've also had to put the heating on too. Slight change of subject and completely off topic, but I quickly have to mention about the Cristopher Robin Disney trailer. I mean wow, It gave me goosebumps! Seeing Pooh there at the end gave me so many feels. I really can't wait to watch this film. If you haven't watched the trailer yet, I highly recommend doing so. Let me know what you think when you have watched it.

Before I get into this post, be sure to check out my previous posts, The Duchess Deal, I highly recommend checking this book out, I love it. You can check out my review and there's also an extract from the book too. Also, there's my review of the Kiss The Unicorn Lipstick, which is also a colour-changing lipstick by Essence and it is so pretty, super affordable and it's got Unicorn in the name! Lastly, I've also got advertising spaces left for April on ClemLoves, click here to find out more if you are interested. It's only £3 for the month. I look forward to hearing from you. 😀
