Zoella Hungry Hands | Review

I love a good hand cream, especially now that the weather is colder. I do tend to always get dry skin on my hands and it can get very sore and itchy. The skin on my hands also have a tendency to crack quite a bit, which makes them even worse. I love hand creams that are really moisturising as well as have a nice scent to them. I am also quite particular when it comes to a nice hand cream, as I really don't like ones that can leave your hands feeling quite sticky and greasy. I love ones that blend in and dry quick and easily. Especially when you want to apply some before bed and you want to look at your phone, but you have already applied hand cream, it just gets everywhere!

I haven't actually tried any hand creams by Zoella before, so as soon as I got this, I was really excited to try it. This was actually part of a giveaway that I had won a little while ago. As you could probably guess, I was very happy when I found out that this hand cream was among the prizes. Although I have seen this product being advertised, the first thing that really got my attention was the packaging. I love the red and gold of it and that you also get a little description on the front. It's so cute, especially with the little gingerbread man on the front at the bottom!

My Favourite Lipsticks

I have a huge love for lipsticks. Ever since I was little I remember I was always really intrigued by lipsticks and I would borrow some of my mums to try on. I think I ended up getting most of it on my face rather than on my lips, whilst licking most of it off! But from them on I have always loved a good lipstick. Over the years I have found out which shades seem to suit my skin tone best and which ones don't. I've found that really pale shades, don't seem to suit me as much. I do love a nice pink colour and coral too.

Whenever I go in to either Superdrug or Boots I just have to go look at them. I've put together a post of a few of my most favourite ones that I own and are always my go-to lipsticks. I will admit though, that when it comes to choosing a lipstick, I do tend to go for the same shade of lipstick. But I am going to try and break that habit and try out some different shades. It's only recently that I have started wearing red lipstick for instance. But I absolutely love it.

e.l.f. Bronzer, Warm | Review

I hope you are having a lovely week so far. I've been spending the last few days catching up on writing blog posts and also taking some photos. Luckily at the weekend, the sun was shining, so I managed to get quite a few photos taken. I've been taking a few photos for some Christmas theme blog posts which I really can't wait to write. It's definitely starting to feel a lot more like Christmas now. All I need to do now is start watching some Christmas films.

I'm really excited to share with you today this gorgeous bronzer in the shade warm, by e.l.f. I absolutely love it so much. I had been looking at getting a new bronzer for quite some time, as it's actually been a while since I've worn any. As I have got quite pale skin, sometimes I find that some bronzers can look a little too dark for my skin tone. But after having a look round my local Superdrug, I found this one by e.l.f and I'm so happy that I found this one and purchased it.

Scents and Memories

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great week. You might remember a while ago I wrote about my favourite fragrances and ones which I have loved since I was younger and have continued to buy, Today I want to share with different scents that bring memories back to me, which includes past memories growing up and how the scents affect me now, the memories and emotions they create in the present time. I would love to know in the comments which scents always bring memories back to you. Maybe it's a scent that you haven't smelled for a while and as soon as you do, it brings back a particular memory?

GOSH X-Ceptional Wear Foundation | Review

Hi everyone! I hope you have a great weekend. Today I want to share with you this liquid foundation by GOSH. It is the GOSH X-Ceptional Wear Foundation, in the shade Porcelain. I am a huge fan of theirs. Their makeup products are fragrance free and are cruelty free and vegan. I have always found it hard to find a really good foundation that matches my very pale skin! In the past when I have tried different shades, they are either too dark for my skin tone or I end up looking orange. But I have found that with this shade it matches my skin tone perfectly. I'm so happy that I found this one to try and this post is not sponsored in any way, I purchased this foundation with my own money.

Mini Haul | Natural Collection

Hi everyone! I can't believe it's Wednesday already! I hope you are having a lovely week so far. For todays post I want to share with you some of my favourite makeup products by Natural Collection. I have been a huge fan of Natural Collection for so long now and their mascara is one of my must have makeup products along with their liquid eyeliner. Natural Collection have recently given their packaging a makeover and I am really loving the designs. Two reasons why I love natural collection so much is that, one they don't contain any fragrance in their products and two they are very affordable. Their products also contain camomile to help soothe and protect. This post is not sponsored in any way and each product I have purchased with my own money.

Salt Of The Earth, Natural Deodorant

Hi everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend and that you have a great week. For todays post I want to write about the Salt Of The Earth deodorant. I have very sensitive skin and a while ago I tried an own brand deodorant which left me with very sore underarms. I had very sore and irritated red patches and rashes appear all over both of my underarms which started travelling down my sides. It was horrible. Anyway what actually caused that was a deodorant that I purchased and had only been using for about a few days. The perfume in it was quite strong and as I have sensitive skin, the perfume in it just didn't react well with my skin.

Over the years I have tried so many deodorants and none of them seem to really work. They either make my underarms feel uncomfortable and sore or the scent in them just doesn't work after a couple of hours. Some work for a few months but then they just stop working. After realising what a state my underarms was in, I decided that I really do need to try and get a more natural deodorant that doesn't have any perfume in. That's when I came across this Salt Of The Earth one. This post is not sponsored and I purchased this deodorant with my own money. All views and opinions are 100% my own.

My Favourite Fragrances

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a lovely day. This morning started out quite dull and grey with some rain, but it's so nice out now. I even took Jasper (the dog) out for a little walk along the river. Today I have got a brand new beauty post for you and it's all about fragrances. I love doing beauty posts and I'm very excited to share with you this one today. For more beauty posts, check out my reviews on the Makeup Revolution, Iconic Smokey PaletteBody Mist by So...?Stila Colour Balm Lipstick in Avery and Garnier Micellar Cleansing Wash.

Do you ever automatically get transported to a specific time or place when you smell a certain fragrance? I know I do. There are certain fragrances that just bring back so many memories. For example when I smell Fantasy by Britney Spears, (one of my favourite fragrances,) I'm transported back to my years at college, as it was my go-to perfume. When I smell Fame by Lady Gaga, I'm back in Cornwall again. When I smell Let's Spritz by Zoella, it transports me back to camping with my friend Emma. I needed some perfume whilst on holiday and I found a Superdrug with the Zoella range in, I just had to get it and it was all I spritzed on myself. I find it amazing what perfume can do to our senses. When I smell any of the original So...? fragrances from quite a few years back, it reminds me of being at secondary school, and getting out my body spray and spraying maybe just a little too much all over myself and my friends. So...? Kiss Me was a favourite of mine. I can even picture a particular moment when I used it at school, what I was doing at that exact moment, getting it out of my school bag and remembering how much I loved the smell of it.

Makeup Revolution, Iconic Smokey Palette

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great week so far. For todays post I want to share with you this gorgeous eyeshadow palette by Makeup Revolution. I am a huge fan of their products, so recently when I was on the lookout for a new eyeshadow palette, I knew straight away that I wanted one by Makeup Revolution. I love that they have so much choice in palettes. I just wanted to buy all of them! But after having a look I decided to go for the Iconic Smokey Palette. I am obsessed with it. From the packaging, to the mirror you get inside to the eyeshadows themselves, I love every single thing about this palette.

Stila Colour Balm Lipstick - Avery

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a good week so far. This week I am mainly writing blogs posts, taking photos and also doing some painting. I stocked up on some new art supplies last week ready to start on a new project. I have always love art, especially painting, I enjoy it so much and I also find that as soon as I start painting all of my worries just disappear and I'm just focusing on what I am painting. I've got a few ideas already on what I am going to be painting. I will definitely be sharing some pictures on here when they are finished.

Anyway on to todays new post. I'm so excited to share with you a new beauty review post. It's been a while since I have done one of these. A while back I won this gorgeous Stila lipstick in the shade Avery. If you have read some of my previous beauty posts, you may know that I am a huge fan of coral lipsticks. This lipstick is a peachy coral shade and I absolutely love it. I have never owned a Stila makeup product before, so I was very excited when I found out I had won one.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Wash | Review

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Mine was spent relaxing and catching up on shows on Netflix. I've also just started watching 13 Reasons Why, which is really good. My boyfriend is currently on holiday from work, so it's nice to just spend some time together. I've also managed to join in with more Twitter chats over the weekend too, which is something I have really missed doing.

Todays post is something I haven't done in a while, a skin care post. Quite some time ago I did a post on the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, this time I am doing it on the Garnier Micellar Cleansing gel. Ever since I tried the micellar cleansing water I have been a huge fan, I have been using it for a couple of years now. I love it, especially as it is perfume free, I always make sure that all of my skin care products for my face doesn't contain any perfume as I have quite sensitive skin. I wanted to write this post because I love this cleansing wash so much and I highly recommend checking it out. This post is in no way sponsored, I really do love this product!

Sweet Inspirations Body Mist - Zoella Beauty

For todays blog post, I want to share with you one of my new favourite body mists. I haven't really done many perfume/body mist blog posts before, there are so many I have got that I love and I will definitely be sharing them with you on my blog. As this one has only really recently come out I wanted to write a review on it and share my own honest thoughts and opinions, and that is because I love it so much.

I was so excited when I saw that Zoe was releasing a new range of products, especially as I loved the previous range so much. I remember Zoe posted a snipped of one of the products on Twitter and I was constantly guessing what it could be.

MAC Lipstick - CB 96

You can never have too many lipsticks. I'm so excited to share on my blog one of my most favourite lipsticks ever! This is one makeup product that I love to collect. Some of my favourite brands of Lipstick include, MUA, Rimmel London and Topshop. Lipstick is one of my must have essentials in my handbag. There's usually one or two in the bottom of my handbag somewhere.

My favourite shades of lipstick to get are coral and orange. Ever since I stocked up on the Coral in Gold lipstick by Rimmel London, I have been on the look out for one that is similar. This beauty in the photos, is the MAC lipstick in the shade CB 96. I won this lipstick in a giveaway a while ago from the lovely Kim from Blogobvious. I knew straight away which shade I was going to pick. Having never before owned anything from MAC, I was so excited to finally own one of their lipsticks. I've spent ages on their website in the past, dreaming of of owning something from their site, so I was very happy when I won a lipstick of my choice and choose one from MAC.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

In today's blog post, I want to share with you, one of my favourite Batiste dry shampoo's. I am a huge fan of the Batiste range, I previously did a review on the Eden and wild ones quite sometime ago. I've tried many different dry shampoo's in the past, but Batiste is one of my most favourites.

Bagsy, Beauty

How gorgeous are these beauty products in the photo above. You should see the packaging, which is equally as gorgeous!

These are from Bagsy. I recently won a giveaway, and won these beauties, I just have to share them with you, as I am really loving them. But first lets talk about the packaging. They packaging is gorgeous, if you head over to their website you will know what I mean. But the best part is, the packaging includes lovely little quotes inside. The bronzer also comes in it's own little pouch bag inside the box. So cute!

Bubblegum Lip Scrub | Lush

This little beauty in the photos above, is one of my most favourite lip products. I recently got this one for my birthday from my dad. Not only does this smell amazing, it also tastes amazing too! I love that when you apply this scrub to your lips, you can then just lick it off!

If you are a fan of these lip scrubs then you will know that this one is from Lush. I haven't actually tried any of the other ones, but I have smelt them and they too smell so good. This one is in the flavour bubblegum  and is a gorgeous bright pink colour. The best bit about this scrub is that not only does it make your lips lovely and soft, but you also get a lot of product and you only need use a little bit at a time. So this little pot lasts you a long time.
When I have applied the scrub to my lips, afterwards (after I have licked it all of) I like to apply some lip balm to moisturise my lips after using the scrub.

You cab buy this lib scrub from your local Lush store or from their website for £5.50.

Which flavour lip scrub do you love best?

My Autumn/Winter Makeup Look

One of my most favourite seasons is Autumn, I just love it! Think hot chocolates, being snuggled up under a nice warm blanket whilst watching Netflix. But it's not just those few things I love about Autumn, It's almost time for Halloween, Bonfire night and Christmas. Just saying!

In this post I am going to be sharing with you my Autumn/Winter makeup look using NARS* Cosmetics. I just love the packaging that the NARS makeup comes in, I love it when makeup comes in nice packaging. I am using the NARS Cosmetics Duo Eyeshadow in the shade Nouveau Monde, NARS Cosmetics Blush in the shade Orgasm and the NARS Cosmetics Lipstick Rouge A Levres in the shade Dressed To Kill. I just want to say how much I love the lipstick. I've never really been one to wear darker shades of lipstick as I never really know whether they are going to suit me, but I am in love with this one. The lipstick is in the shade Dressed To Kill and has lots of little gold sparkly bits in it, which looks absolutely gorgeous. This lipstick was easy to apply and also lasted such a long time on my lips, even after eating and drinking. Next is the duo eyeshadow in the shade Nouveau Monde, which I feel are the perfect combination and look perfect together. They are very pigmented which I love in an eyeshadow and they stay put on my eyes all day. Next is the blush in the shade Orgasm. Having heard so many great things about this blush I was super excited to try it. Its quite pigmented, which again I love. I love a little sparkle. I feel that this blush is the perfect shade for my skin tone. Having very pale skin I often find it quite hard to find a shade that suits me.

Firstly I popped on some day cream with SPF15, some eye cream and a little primer. Next I put on some of my extra virgin mineral powder foundation and then applied some of the NARS blush in the shade Orgasm to the apples of my cheeks and blended it in with my makeup brush. Next I used the duo eyeshadow in the shade Nouveau Monde. I first used the lilac colour and put all over my eyelids and brought it in to the inner part of my eyes to add a little highlight. Next I used the green shimmery colour and used in the outer corner of my eyes and using a blending brush I blended inwards and also in to the creases. I then applied some liquid eyeliner and mascara. Lastly I finished the look with the NARS lipstick in the shade Dressed to Kill and my Autumn/Winter look is complete.

I definitely love darker eyeshadow shades for Autumn/Winter. I also like a little sparkle too. I'm definitely going to be doing some smoky eyes, as they are my absolute favourite. My makeup predictions for AW15 are bold lips and icy shimmery shades. I've also been seeing a lot of rose gold sparkles, which I love. I think my favourite Autumn/Winter makeup trend has to be the grunge meets glamour look from Versace, which is definitely going to be my makeup inspiration for AW15.

I'm really loving everything on thNARS Makeup page over on House of Fraser and can't wait to try some more of their range. I am very impressed with the makeup I have used in the photos above and everything I applied lasted all throughout the day and I didn't have to reapply.

I would love to know in the comment section below what your favourite products from the NARS range are and also what your makeup predictions are for AW15.

Nivea, Daily Essentials | Sensitive Day Cream and Night Cream

Untitled

I feel that it's only really recently, that I've been able to find a skincare routine that actually works for me. Since a young age I've tried so many different products that just don't seem to work, or they seem to work and then don't agree with my skin. I have very sensitive skin but my skin can be quite oily, so finding skincare products that actually work has been quite a challenge. I've gone through so many different brands, even more expensive ones, but literally nothing has really worked for me.

I've always had a love/hate relationship with moisturisers, I've never really been able to find one that suits my oily/sensitive skin. I recently tried one that made my face sting, I even tried using it for a few days, but it was just getting worse! No moisturiser should do that. I'm also very careful as to what ingredients are actually in a product. I'm a huge fan of perfume free skincare products, especially after being recommended them by my doctor. I've been looking for a perfume free, affordable moisturiser for such a long time now and finally I found one! Well, actually I found two. These are the Nivea, Daily Essentials, Sensitive Day Cream and Night Cream. I have been using them for a while now and I love them. I actually purchased them whilst on holiday because of the moisturiser that was making all of my face sting. I love Nivea products and I was so happy when I found these. You only need to use a small amount of these creams as a little goes a long way. I think these cost around £4.99 each but they were on an offer when I bought them from Superdrug, so it's always good to look around to see what offers there are. I have previously used Nivea products in the past but since they have brought out a sensitive perfume free range I've really been loving them. These creams feel lovely on my skin and don't feel greasy or sticky. After applying the day cream (did I mention that it also has SPF 15 in) I let it soak in to my skin first before applying primer and make up. In the evening when using the night cream, I take off all of my make up using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water and Nivea perfume free toner, I then apply the cream. My skin is definitely loving these two moisturisers.

I would love to know what Moisturisers you use. At the moment I'm on the look out for a new face serum, please let me know in the comment section below which ones you recommend.

What's In My Makeup Bag

Untitled

Untitled

Untitled

Untitled

Untitled

Untitled

I love these types of blog posts, where you get to see what's inside other peoples makeup bags, I'm so nosy! You may remember my Bambi makeup bag from my previous blog post, I love it so much, it's just so cute and it's Disney... and Bambi! I'm really loving cute makeup bags at the moment, I've collected a few, but I love putting my face creams, make up brushes and other essentials in them, so I know where everything is.

I am obsessed with the Extra Virgin Minerals Loose Powder Foundation by The Body Shop. I've been using it for a long time now and I love it. I find that my skin feels like it's not even wearing any foundation, I'm not a very big fan of liquid foundation, as it always feels so heavy on my skin. To apply this powder foundation I use my Bare Minerals makeup brush.
Next I have the All-In-One Instablur by The Body Shop. I love this primer, it's definitely my favourite out of other primers that I have tried. I find that it really helps my makeup to last longer throughout the day and also helps with shine too, as my skin does get quite oily sometimes.
If you saw one of my previous blog posts on these gorgeous Sleek blushers, you will know how much I love them. I have the ones in the shade Rose Gold and Pixie Pink. I had never tried any of the Sleek Makeup products before and now I'm hooked. I find these look great, even on my pale skin!
Next I have my two of my most favourite eyeliner and mascara, at £1.99 each these are two products I am a huge fan of. I love Natural Collection from Boots, all of their products are perfume free and are so affordable. Out of many mascaras I have tried, even expensive ones, nothing compares to this one by Natural Collection. I highly recommend checking them out.
Now normally I would have included my eyeshadow palettes in this but they are getting a little messy, the ones I am currently using are by MUA, I love their eyeshadow palettes.

(All of these products, I purchased myself and all words are my own honest opinion.)
